Colosseum Concept is the classic Italian Trattoria developed into a Food Chain with strong personality, characterized by a menu of typical dishes from the Italian regional tradition, that have become classic Made-in-Italy, revisited in a contemporary and innovative way. Every dish reflects Italy’s culinary heritage and our passion for genuine flavor.

We innovate to create a new system in the food industry. Fast Serving and Fine Dining are our skills. As a modern Italian fast-casual restaurant, we combine quick service with fine dining, making it easy to enjoy a premium Italian meal whether dining in, taking away, or home delivery.

Quality begins at the source. Our mother company Colosseum Doha is the importer and distributor of well-known Italian brands, ensuring fresh and finest ingredients from Italy.  All our plates have an Italian identity: flour, peeled tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, pickles, mozzarella, fresh cheeses, artisan cold cuts, truffle specialties, and so on. Every ingredient is carefully selected for superior taste and authenticity.

Our Menu offer all the food categories of any casual restaurant and more. We achieve this extensive offer by preparing the majority of products off-site, limiting the space dedicated to the kitchen and so increasing the size of dine-in area, or accommodating the constraints of a food court. Our dishes are freshly prepared in our dedicated Central Kitchen, ensuring consistency, freshness, and the true taste of Italy in every bite. Each dish is pre-portioned, blast freeze using latest technology and duly packed in bulk, to be then re-generated in the outlets.

Locations

Our Development Team will assist the Franchisee with location selection. Our consultant Interior Designer will take care of the entire shop design and decoration, and also liaise with the selection of subcontractors for fit out and MEP works.

Training

Franchisee training is provided at one of our active restaurants where learning the complete operations will be practical and fast. Moreover, our Executive Chef will be assisting in presence the new Franchisee team during the initial period of opening for 1 week.
